About the role
Rudy Ricciotti Middle East, the Dubai branch of the internationally recognised French architecture firm, is expanding its presence across the UAE and the wider Middle East. We are seeking a proactive Business Development & Communication Assistant to support our commercial growth, communication strategy, and press relations.
Key responsibilities
- Organise and coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Support the agency’s business development initiatives, including client outreach and proposal preparation.
- Manage and develop the agency’s social media presence, with a focus on LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Assist in creating presentations, brochures, and other communication materials.
- Handle press relations, draft press releases, and maintain media contacts.
- Provide general administrative and coordination support to the team.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business assistance, communication, press relations or business development.
- Fluent in French and English; Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Excellent organisational and writing abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
- Solid command of standard IT tools (e.g., Microsoft Office).
