About the role
We are seeking a motivated Business Development Executive to join a leading banking and finance client in Dubai. The role focuses on acquiring new clients, promoting financial products, and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the banking and finance sector.
- Generate leads and build strong client relationships.
- Promote banking and financial products and services to prospective clients.
- Meet sales targets and contribute to overall business goals.
- Conduct client meetings, follow‑ups, and maintain accurate customer records.
- Prepare sales reports and coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Sales or customer service experience is an advantage; freshers with strong communication skills are welcome.
- Target‑oriented, self‑motivated mindset.
- Immediate joiners preferred.
