Business Development Executive - Certification, Training & Inspection

About the role

A Reliance Human Resources Consultancy vacancy in Dubai seeks a target-oriented Business Development Executive to grow business for its Certification, Training and Inspection services. The role covers finding prospective clients, generating new business, maintaining client relationships and promoting management system certification, training and inspection programmes. Candidates must be based in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new B2B clients for ISO certification, training courses (HSE, Quality, etc.) and third-party inspection services
• Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals and market research
• Prepare proposals, quotations and tender submissions in coordination with the technical team
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients for repeat business and upselling
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs
• Track market trends, competitor activity and client requirements
• Coordinate with the operations and delivery team on service execution
• Maintain CRM records, sales pipeline and reports

Required profile

• 2-4 years of B2B sales experience in certification, testing, inspection and certification (TIC), training or HSE services (mandatory)
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related field
• Strong network in the UAE market preferred
• Valid UAE driving licence preferred

Required skills

• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Experience in ISO certification sales, management system consultancy, professional training or inspection services, preferably in the UAE
