About the role
We are seeking a dynamic, target‑driven Business Development Executive to join a leading corporate services and business‑setup consultancy in Dubai. The role offers rapid career growth and a high‑earning commission structure for top performers.
Key responsibilities
- Acquire new B2B clients interested in company formation and corporate setup in Dubai.
- Provide professional consultation on UAE business licensing, free‑zone, and mainland setup.
- Lead sales negotiations and close B2B deals successfully.
- Meet and exceed monthly revenue targets.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales or business development; experience in business setup or corporate consultancy in the UAE is a strong plus.
- Currently residing in Dubai and able to work on‑site.
- Fluent English.
- Highly professional, presentable and results‑oriented.

- Uncapped lucrative commission structure (earning potential up to 3× basic salary based on performance).
