Business Development Executive

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth within the Corporate Services Provider (CSP) sector in the UAE. The role focuses on creating new business opportunities, establishing strategic partnerships, and regularly visiting CSPs and related service providers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and onboard new business‑setup consultants, channel partners and referral partners.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with existing partners through meetings, business reviews and ongoing engagement.
• Achieve monthly and annual revenue targets generated by partners.
• Present and promote company formation solutions, licensing options, packages and value‑added services.
• Conduct partner presentations, training sessions and product briefings.
• Monitor partner performance, improve conversion rates and increase revenue.
• Record partner activities, opportunities and sales pipelines in Zoho CRM.
• Coordinate with internal sales, operations, customer service and management teams to ensure smooth processing of partner‑generated clients.
• Track market trends, competitor offerings and pricing to uncover new opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of UAE experience in business setup, B2B sales, business development, partnerships or channel management.
• Experience in free zones, corporate services or related industries is highly preferred.
• Strong network among business‑setup consultants, corporate service providers, PRO companies or immigration consultants.
• Proven track record of meeting sales or business‑development targets.
• Excellent English communication skills; additional languages are a plus.
• Valid UAE driving licence and own vehicle for regular partner visits.
