Business Development Manager

About the role

Qashio is looking for a Business Development Manager in Abu Dhabi. The role involves showcasing the company's solutions to clients through product demos and presentations, positioning them as the best fit for client needs. The ideal candidate is emotionally intelligent, curious about business challenges and results-driven, meeting and exceeding sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop relationships with prospects and recommend solutions that improve their companies' operational efficiency using Qashio.
• Actively seek prospective customers through various channels and outbound strategies.
• Develop, implement and maintain sales activities and plans.
• Pack Qashio's features and services into engaging presentations, strong arguments and data-supported documents.
• Understand customers' challenges and pain points so that Qashio can be presented as the best solution.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and outcomes within scheduled time frames.
• Use the CRM system to manage and track sales activities and progress.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in a closing B2B sales role; ideally in SaaS, Fintech or a startup.
• Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent communication and written English; Arabic is a plus.
