Business Manager – Commercial Appliance Solutions (UAE)

About the role

SolutionMall is looking for a Business Manager to drive commercial appliance solution development across the United Arab Emirates. The position focuses on B2B business development for commercial laundry, refrigeration, kitchen, dishwasher, water heating, HVAC and related equipment, serving hotels, hospitals, supermarkets, laundromats and other facility operators.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new customer opportunities in hotels, resorts, restaurants, supermarkets, hospitals, laundromats and commercial building projects.
• Build and maintain relationships with equipment distributors, dealers, contractors and project procurement teams.
• Understand real procurement needs, support RFQ creation and coordinate quotation processes.
• Promote SolutionMall’s commercial appliance solution packages and provide market feedback.
• Facilitate long‑term partner cooperation and follow‑up on project opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in B2B business development within commercial appliances, hospitality equipment, refrigeration, laundry, HVAC or related sectors.
• Existing network of local customers, distributors or channel partners in the UAE.
• Clear understanding of the differences between commercial‑use equipment and household appliances.
• Ability to work on project‑based, long‑term equipment solutions for facilities.
