Butler (Female) - 6 Months Mission

About the role

Sofitel Dubai The Palm, a 5-star beachfront resort on the Palm Jumeirah, is looking for a highly professional and detail-oriented Butler for a 6-month mission. The role provides personalized, discreet service to guests and ensures their comfort throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Anticipate and fulfill guests' needs with attention to detail and discretion
• Manage guest requests such as packing/unpacking, laundry and personal shopping
• Coordinate with other departments to deliver seamless service
• Maintain guest suites and common areas in an organized, immaculate condition
• Prepare and serve meals, snacks and beverages as required
• Assist with event planning and execution for private functions
• Handle guest correspondence and manage schedules
• Keep accurate records of guest preferences and special requirements
• Meet and exceed service standards and adapt flexibly to changing situations

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Butler or in a similar high-end hospitality role
• Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
• Ability to work a rotating schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional appearance and ability to work in a multicultural environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
