Butler Manager

About the role

The Butler Manager is responsible for daily operations of the Butler Services team, ensuring personalized and exceptional service for guests throughout their stay.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily Butler Services operations, coordinate guest preferences, special requests and ensure seamless communication across departments.
• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms and service areas, manage inventory of supplies and amenities, and ensure compliance with service standards and SOPs.
• Train, coach and schedule Butler staff, monitor performance, handle disciplinary actions and recognize achievements.
• Collaborate with Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Concierge and other departments to deliver personalized experiences for VIP guests and special occasions.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a 2‑year degree in Hospitality or Business with no prior experience required.
• Demonstrated leadership or supervisory experience in Butler Services, Front Office, Guest Relations or similar luxury hospitality areas.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of luxury service standards, SOPs and LSOPs.
• Ability to manage budgets, inventory and departmental resources.
