Cabin Services Assistant - A380 Shower Spa

About the role

Emirates is hiring a Cabin Services Assistant in Dubai. The role organises, cleans and personalises the A380 Shower Spas so that each First Class customer enjoys a hygienic and pleasant experience. It also covers the cleanliness of First and Business Class lavatories, lounges and general cabin areas, and reports to the Purser or the SFS. It is a dedicated cleaning position and does not overlap with or replace normal Cabin Crew service duties.

Key responsibilities

• Check Shower Spa and lavatory cleanliness before passengers board and place the right amenity items.
• Clean Shower Spas promptly and hygienically after each use, using the CSA checklist.
• Personalise the Shower Spa for each customer at the time set by the reservation system, keeping it closed until the next customer.
• Maintain clean lavatories and tidy all passenger cabins and social areas.
• Confirm that products are loaded in the correct quantities so in-flight replenishment can be made.
• Report defects, safety concerns and suspicious items to the Purser or nearest crew member.
• Report for duty on time, follow uniform regulations and obey the chain of command.

Required profile

• 10 years of schooling or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of customer service experience with an international hotel chain, airline or world-class service provider.
• Experience in hospitality housekeeping is an advantage.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
