Certified Technician – Apple Product Repair

About the role

The Certified Technician is responsible for diagnosing, repairing and maintaining Apple devices in a fast‑paced retail environment. You will work directly with customers, manage spare‑part inventory and support the launch of new Apple products.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair iPhones, iPads and other Apple products, keeping repair worksheets up‑to‑date.
• Prepare refurbished devices and manage the inventory of spare parts, including testing and sorting recalled items.
• Provide technical advice to customers and ensure quick resolution of issues following Apple guidelines.
• Handle high‑volume retailer accounts, process payment transactions and generate related reports.
• Receive and respond to incoming calls from customers, DHL and other partners in a professional manner.

Required profile

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Apple product repair or a similar technical support role.

Required skills

• Apple product troubleshooting and repair.
• iPhone refurbishment and configuration.
• Spare‑parts inventory management.
• Software update evaluation for hardware optimization.
