Channel Performance & Evaluation Specialist

About the role

The Channel Performance & Evaluation Specialist at ADIB HQ delivers actionable insights to improve branch throughput. The role works with internal stakeholders to prepare periodic and ad hoc reports and provides technical support on monitoring, reporting, evaluation and governance.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and enter data, monitor it for errors and help build database collection and aggregation tools; create pivot tables, charts and presentations for Area, Branch and phase-level performance.
• Calculate monthly incentives, validate data, set up automated checks and track KPIs such as payout accuracy and processing time; draft and propose incentive policies.
• Support annual appraisals by providing accurate, timely performance data, dashboards and recommendations on performance indicator frameworks.
• Analyse data using scientific methods, including predictive modelling, and work with stakeholders to optimise sales strategies and lead reporting.
• Support capacity planning by analysing transactional data and helping maintain the Capacity Plan Master Sheet.
• Automate reporting with Python, Alteryx, Power BI or SQL and keep the automated systems reliable.

Required profile

• Strong numerical and analytical ability and good command of English.
• Knowledge of key financial concepts and interpretation of ratios against results statements.
• Fluency in English and excellent communication skills.

Required skills

• Advanced computer skills: SQL, Excel, Power BI and Microsoft Office.
• Experience with R, Python and Alteryx is highly desirable.
