About the role
Join our hotel team and brighten guests' days by preparing high‑quality dishes and delivering memorable hospitality experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare great‑tasting dishes by seasoning, cooking, and testing according to standard recipes.
- Supervise line cooks, providing support in the absence of senior chefs to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain clean, tidy work areas and prevent cross‑contamination.
- Monitor ingredient quality, storage, and stock rotation to ensure food safety.
- Assist with cost management to improve gross profit margins and meet financial targets.
- Uphold health, safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness regulations.
