Chief Executive Officer – Dubai Trading Platform

About the role

The company is a premier global multi‑asset trading and investment platform seeking a visionary, hands‑on leader to head its Dubai office. As CEO, you will design and execute the regional growth strategy, own full P&L responsibility, and build a high‑performance team from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement commercial growth plans for Dubai and the wider MEA region, capturing market share.
• Manage the regional budget, financial performance, and resource allocation to ensure profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitive threats, and new opportunities within the trading and fintech ecosystems.
• Champion the platform’s product suite locally, aligning offerings with client demand.
• Bridge complex financial product mechanics with technology infrastructure and business development.
• Serve as primary liaison with regional regulators (e.g., DFSA, VARA, FSRA) and ensure strict compliance with AML and risk frameworks.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate legal, operational, and reputational risks.
• Recruit, mentor, and retain top talent across sales, operations, compliance, and product functions.
• Foster an entrepreneurial, collaborative, and compliant culture consistent with global values.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science or related field; MBA or advanced degree highly regarded.
• Proven leadership experience within a regulated trading platform, brokerage, fintech or digital‑asset ecosystem.
• Strong familiarity with the Middle‑East and African markets and regulatory environment.
