About the role
Al Sahraa Group is looking for a motivated UAE National Civil Engineer to join its Abu Dhabi team. The role involves supervising on‑site activities, tracking project progress and ensuring that all work complies with specifications and safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Supervise daily site operations and coordinate with contractors and consultants.
- Monitor project milestones, quality and safety compliance.
- Prepare technical reports, documentation and progress updates.
- Ensure adherence to engineering standards and construction best practices.
Required profile
- UAE National with a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving and teamwork abilities.
Required skills
- Knowledge of civil engineering standards and construction practices.
