Client Enablement Manager – Food Hub

About the role

The Client Enablement Manager will lead end‑to‑end onboarding of tenants at the Abu Dhabi Food Hub, part of AD Ports Group’s Economic Cities & Free Zones Cluster. The role ensures rapid activation of services, drives early revenue, and acts as the primary interface between tenants and the hub from contract signing through operational go‑live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate onboarding for new tenants across all pavilion types, ensuring documentation, licensing, and unit handover are completed on schedule.
• Facilitate tenant adoption of the Operation Management System (OMS) and related digital platforms, providing training, support and troubleshooting.
• Identify tenant needs and work with the Growth team to upsell additional Food Hub services, tracking monthly billing and resolving disputes.
• Serve as the main point of contact during onboarding, liaising with internal teams (Licensing, IT, Sales, Legal) and continuously improve onboarding processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in client onboarding, enablement or customer success within logistics, real estate or industrial zones.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic is a plus.
