Client Executive – Assistant Vice President, General Lines

About the role

Marsh UAE is looking for a driven and client‑focused Assistant Vice President to manage a portfolio of corporate clients, build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, and deliver tailored risk and insurance solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain trusted relationships with client stakeholders and support strategic discussions to understand needs, risks and priorities.
• Manage a portfolio of mid‑ and upper‑corporate clients across multiple industries, supporting risk‑management programme design, renewal planning and day‑to‑day servicing.
• Contribute to retention, new business and revenue growth targets, identifying cross‑sell opportunities and supporting budgeting and forecasting.

Required profile

• University degree with 6–8 years of insurance experience, preferably in a multinational environment.
• Strong experience in large corporate general lines insurance; UAE market experience and Arabic language skills are an advantage.

• Consultative mindset with ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• Strong sales, negotiation and relationship‑building capabilities.
