Client Experience Associate – Remote (Outside UAE)

About the role

Stake is seeking a Client Experience Associate to join its remote team and serve as the primary point of contact for existing and prospective clients. The role focuses on delivering high‑quality support across email, live chat, and WhatsApp while helping the company expand into international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main liaison for clients via email, live chat, and WhatsApp, responding promptly and accurately.
• Manage and prioritize incoming conversation queues, escalating complex or sensitive cases as needed.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Record client interactions accurately and flag recurring issues or trends to the broader team.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a client‑facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or similar.
• Previous experience in a startup or technology environment.
• Fluency in both written and spoken English and Arabic.
• Experience or comfort with investing, real estate, and working with numbers is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Arabic.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple client inquiries.
