Client Relationship Manager

About the role

The Client Relationship Manager will serve as the primary point of contact for Alert International’s clients in the UAE, building long‑term partnerships and delivering tailored business solutions. You will work closely with consulting teams to ensure client satisfaction and strategic alignment with business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key client stakeholders, acting as their trusted advisor.
• Coordinate with project managers and consultants to ensure timely delivery of services, monitoring progress and mitigating risks.
• Identify growth opportunities, including cross‑selling and upselling, to increase account value.
• Assist Russian‑speaking clients with business setup, licensing, and coordination with UAE government entities.
• Gather client feedback, prepare reports, presentations, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of business consultancy or related experience in the UAE.
• Proactive, people‑focused attitude with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

Required skills

• Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Russian (mandatory).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite – Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
