Clinical Specialist – Critical Care & Extracorporeal Therapies

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Specialist to support our growing activities across the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Based in the UAE, you will work closely with physicians, perfusionists, nurses, distributors and commercial teams to provide clinical support, education and product training.

Key responsibilities

• Provide clinical and medical support to hospitals, healthcare professionals and distribution partners across the MEA region.
• Conduct product and therapy trainings for physicians, perfusionists, nurses and other healthcare professionals.
• Offer on‑site clinical support during treatments, procedures and product introductions.
• Organise workshops, hands‑on trainings and educational activities, and support congresses and scientific meetings.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to support regional business development and collect clinical feedback.

Required profile

• Clinical background as a Perfusionist, ICU Nurse or similar with strong understanding of intensive care, cardiac surgery and extracorporeal therapies.
• Previous experience in MedTech, medical devices or clinical application support.
• Excellent communication, presentation and training skills; confident working with physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Independent, structured, hands‑on working style with strong intercultural skills and high willingness to travel internationally within MEA.
• Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
