Cluster Wedding Sales Manager (Arabic Speaker)

About the role

A hotel belonging to the Accor network is looking for a Cluster Wedding Sales Manager in Dubai. The role develops, promotes and drives wedding and social event business across the assigned cluster hotels, turning leads into confirmed business and building strong relationships with Arabic-speaking clients, wedding planners and event organizers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement wedding sales strategies and prospect new business in the UAE wedding market, focusing on Arabic-speaking and GCC clients
• Engage with families, wedding planners, event management companies, luxury wedding organizers and corporate partners to generate qualified leads
• Conduct client meetings, presentations, negotiations and follow-ups in Arabic and English, and give site inspections, venue tours and consultations
• Create customized wedding proposals and packages based on client preferences, cultural requirements, budget and guest capacity
• Maintain an active sales pipeline, negotiate packages, menus, venue fees and accommodation within approved pricing, and coordinate with Banqueting, F&B, Culinary, Front Office, Reservations and Operations teams
• Monitor competitors and market trends, build long-term relationships with event organizers and community partners, and achieve agreed sales targets and revenue goals
• Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns promptly

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Sales & Marketing or a related field is preferred
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, wedding sales, catering sales, banqueting or event management
• Experience in the UAE hospitality market and with Arabic-speaking clients is strongly preferred
• Demonstrated success in generating wedding and social event business and meeting sales targets

Required skills

• Fluent or native Arabic, able to conduct business negotiations
• Excellent verbal and written English
• Additional languages are an advantage
