About the role

Driven Properties is seeking a Commercial Property Consultant to join its dynamic team. You will help clients navigate leasing, investment and other commercial real‑estate decisions, ensuring their business objectives are met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in identifying commercial real‑estate needs and propose tailored solutions.
• Conduct market research and property inspections to evaluate suitable properties.
• Manage the full leasing cycle, including negotiations, lease drafting and coordination with legal teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with landlords, investors and developers.
• Prepare market analysis reports and presentations on trends and investment opportunities.
• Advise clients on financial aspects such as leasing options, operating costs and returns.
• Use CRM systems to track interactions and manage leads.
• Stay updated on zoning laws, market changes and emerging trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in commercial real‑estate advisory or brokerage.
• In‑depth knowledge of the Dubai commercial real‑estate market.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
• Analytical mindset with strong work ethic and commitment to client service.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Experience with real‑estate software/platforms.
• Competence in using CRM systems.
