Community Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking a passionate Community Marketing Manager to drive demand for our premium digital imaging ecosystem. You will engage photographers, videographers, creators and partners through authentic experiences, workshops and events across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute community engagement strategies to increase brand awareness and demand.
• Build and nurture relationships with photographers, videographers, creators, ambassadors, clubs and industry partners.
• Plan, organise and facilitate workshops, product demos, training sessions and educational events.
• Manage creator and influencer partnerships to generate authentic brand advocacy.
• Execute product launches, roadshows, retail activations and community events.
• Present products at events, translating technical features into customer value.
• Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, retailers and partners on integrated marketing initiatives.
• Monitor campaign performance, community engagement and market trends to optimise demand generation.
• Gather customer and community insights to inform future marketing and product strategies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 3–6 years of experience in community, brand activation, creator, influencer, product or event marketing.
• Experience in digital imaging, consumer electronics, photography, videography or lifestyle brands is highly preferred.
• Proven track record working with photography communities, creators or ambassador programmes.

Required skills

• In‑depth knowledge of digital imaging products (mirrorless cameras, lenses).
• Strong understanding of photography and videography fundamentals.
• Familiarity with creator and influencer ecosystems across social media platforms.
• Expertise in community building and experiential marketing.
• Event planning and workshop management capabilities.
• Digital marketing and campaign performance measurement skills.
