Construction Helper (Civil)

About the role

We are looking for a reliable Construction Helper to support civil works on residential, industrial and commercial sites. The role involves performing unskilled physical tasks while assisting skilled tradespeople and ensuring safety standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lift, carry and transport materials up to 50 lb, including blocks and bricks.
• Lay blocks and bricks in designated areas, both indoors and outdoors.
• Set up hangars, square and spiral ducts, and operate a scissor lift.
• Work on uneven surfaces, climb ladders and perform tasks at various heights.
• Assist plumbers, carpenters, electricians and technicians with routine activities.
• Follow all safety procedures, wear required PPE and attend Toolbox Talks.
• Identify opportunities to reduce waste and lower costs.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
• Physically strong and able to perform manual labour.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a construction environment.
• Relevant experience in the UAE or Gulf region is advantageous.

Required skills

• Basic hand tool knowledge.
• Scissor lift operation.
