About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates is expanding its continuity‑based primary‑care, preventive health and chronic‑disease services. The organisation seeks an experienced Consultant in Family Medicine to join a multidisciplinary clinical team delivering high‑quality, patient‑centred care to a diverse international population.

Key responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive primary‑care across all age groups, addressing acute, chronic and preventive health needs.
• Manage common conditions, chronic disease pathways, vaccinations, screening programmes and lifestyle‑risk reduction.
• Coordinate referrals, ensure continuity of care with specialists, diagnostics and allied‑health professionals.
• Deliver evidence‑based counselling on family health, occupational health, travel medicine and wellness.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, patient education materials and follow‑up plans.
• Participate in quality‑improvement initiatives, preventive‑care campaigns and patient‑safety projects.

Required profile

• Internationally recognised specialist qualification in Family Medicine (e.g., American Board, UK CCT/MRCGP, European specialist, Royal College Canada, Australian FRACGP, Arab Board, MD/DNB/FCPS).
• Eligibility for UAE licensing and facility credentialing.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
• Strong commitment to international healthcare standards and patient‑centred communication.
