Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon – UAE (Full‑time)

About the role

A leading, internationally accredited healthcare provider in the United Arab Emirates is expanding its orthopedic outpatient, trauma, and elective surgical services. The organisation seeks an experienced Consultant Orthopedic Surgeon to join a multidisciplinary clinical team and deliver high‑quality care to a diverse, international patient population.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage musculoskeletal disorders, fractures, sports injuries, degenerative joint disease, and spinal conditions.
• Perform orthopedic procedures including trauma fixation, joint replacement (arthroplasty), arthroscopy, and fracture management.
• Evaluate surgical candidates, develop individualized treatment plans, obtain informed consent, and oversee peri‑operative and post‑operative care.
• Collaborate with radiology, anesthesia, physiotherapy, rehabilitation, sports medicine and other specialties to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient recovery through outpatient follow‑up, functional rehabilitation planning, and management of post‑operative complications.
• Maintain compliance with patient safety standards, surgical protocols, clinical documentation, and infection‑prevention measures.

Required profile

• Internationally trained orthopedic surgeon.
• Proven experience in trauma fixation, arthroplasty, arthroscopy and fracture management.
• Commitment to patient‑centred care and adherence to international healthcare quality standards.
