Consultant Reproductive Medicine Specialist – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Consultant Reproductive Medicine Specialist to join a leading fertility and women’s health centre in Dubai. The role involves delivering comprehensive, evidence‑based fertility care, managing complex infertility cases and guiding patients through assisted reproductive technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Provide full consultation and management for male and female infertility.
• Conduct fertility assessments, including history taking, clinical examination, hormonal profiling and relevant investigations.
• Design individualized treatment plans covering ovulation induction, IUI, IVF and ICSI pathways.
• Perform and interpret transvaginal ultrasound and follicular monitoring.
• Oversee controlled ovarian stimulation cycles and monitor patient response.
• Offer counseling on fertility preservation, egg and embryo freezing, and other reproductive options.
• Manage challenging cases such as recurrent implantation failure and recurrent pregnancy loss.
• Collaborate with embryologists, geneticists, gynecologists and other multidisciplinary specialists.
• Participate in case discussions, protocol development and quality‑improvement initiatives.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and stay current with advances in reproductive medicine.

Required profile

• MBBS/MD or equivalent medical degree.
• Recognised specialist or consultant qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology and/or Reproductive Medicine.
• Fellowship or advanced training in Reproductive Medicine/Infertility (highly desirable).
• Valid DHA licence or eligibility to obtain one.
• Significant post‑specialisation experience in reproductive medicine and fertility care.
• Strong clinical expertise in IVF/ICSI, ovarian stimulation and ultrasound‑guided procedures.
• Excellent communication and patient‑counselling skills.
