Performance Marketing Executive – E-commerce

About the role

Happy Earth Organic is seeking a hands‑on Performance Marketing Executive to drive online sales for its D2C brand across Shopify, marketplaces and paid media. The role is data‑driven, execution‑focused and measured by key performance metrics.

Key responsibilities

• Grow Shopify revenue through product pages, campaigns, bundles, offers and conversion optimisation.
• Analyse Shopify Analytics, GA4, Microsoft Clarity, heatmaps and ad dashboards to identify traffic trends, drop‑offs and sales opportunities.
• Identify and fix website conversion leaks across product pages, landing pages, checkout flow and content.
• Plan, launch, monitor and optimise Meta Ads, Google Ads and basic TikTok Ads.
• Track ROAS, CAC, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, AOV, repeat purchase and SKU performance.
• Manage marketplace growth on Amazon, Noon, Deliveroo, Talabat, Careem, Instashop, Kibsons and other UAE/GCC platforms.
• Improve product listings, keywords, images, pricing and visibility.
• Coordinate with operations to avoid stock‑outs and missed sales.
• Oversee social media planning, posting, community management and performance tracking.
• Collaborate with UGC creators, influencers and partners for content and campaigns.
• Brief creative team for reels, ads, graphics and promotional assets.
• Support email, WhatsApp, abandoned‑cart and repeat‑purchase campaigns.
• Prepare weekly performance reports and simple monthly sales forecasts.

Required profile

• 2–5 years of experience in e‑commerce, growth or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads; TikTok Ads a plus.
• Strong analytical ability and comfort working with sales numbers, website data and campaign metrics.
• Excellent written English and strong attention to detail.
• Based in the UAE (UAE driving licence preferred).
