Project Manager – Monday.com Implementation

About the role

Assembly is seeking a Project Manager based in Dubai to lead the implementation and optimisation of Monday.com across the agency. The role ensures projects are delivered smoothly, on time and within budget while keeping all teams aligned with the right tools and processes.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the setup, rollout, and ongoing optimisation of Monday.com to align with agency workflows and improve cross‑team collaboration.
• Provide training and support to ensure effective use of the platform for project tracking and reporting.
• Review and validate incoming client briefs to guarantee completeness for accurate project scoping.
• Oversee billing process tracking across multiple teams, ensuring timely invoicing and alignment with project budgets.
• Gather and document requirements for data‑visualisation projects, working closely with client stakeholders and internal teams.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables and progress to keep all teams synchronised and on schedule.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing projects in a digital marketing or creative agency environment.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities with a focus on detail and process management.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Monday.com or a comparable project‑management platform.
