Content Ecosystem Operation Manager - TikTok LIVE

About the role

TikTok LIVE connects creators and communities in real time, offering interactive experiences and new monetisation opportunities. The Content Ecosystem Operation Manager will support TikTok LIVE across the MENAT region, focusing on creator strategy, training, analytics, policy implementation and operational governance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content and creator operation strategies for Arabic‑speaking markets, leveraging local culture and trends.
• Identify, recruit and nurture high‑potential local and LIVE creators, building pipelines and growth plans.
• Plan and execute localized online and offline campaigns, creator programs and content initiatives to boost engagement and quality.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to amplify high‑quality creators and build scalable operation mechanisms.
• Use data and market insights to spot content opportunities, diagnose ecosystem issues and optimise strategies for creator scale and revenue growth.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years of experience in content, creator or live‑streaming operations.
• Strong understanding of Arabic‑speaking markets, local culture and content trends; MENA experience preferred.
• Familiarity with live‑streaming ecosystems and experience working with creators, agencies or local partners.
• Excellent analytical ability to turn data insights into actionable plans.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication and collaboration skills.
