Contract Recruiter – Sales & Sales Engineering (UAE)

About the role

Fortinet is seeking an experienced Contract Recruiter to lead the sourcing and hiring of Sales and Sales Engineering talent across the UAE. This role requires a commercially‑minded recruiter who can build strong candidate pipelines from scratch in a fast‑moving technology and cybersecurity environment.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit Sales and Sales Engineering professionals at various seniority levels.
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, referrals, events and online postings.
• Design and execute recruitment strategies aligned with hiring plans and management expectations.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and assessment to offer negotiation, presentation and closure.
• Act as a trusted ambassador for candidates, ensuring a positive experience throughout the process.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, prioritize needs and provide market insights.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates and hiring managers to keep expectations aligned.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously, demonstrating urgency and attention to detail.
• Leverage recruitment data, market knowledge and candidate feedback to deliver strategic insights.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruitment experience, primarily focused on Sales roles in technology or cybersecurity.
• Proven ability to build candidate pipelines from scratch using diverse sourcing techniques.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Excellent organisational abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with a sense of urgency.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication, with tact and diplomacy.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Prior experience recruiting within the UK technology or cybersecurity market is a plus.
