About the role

Driven Properties, a reputable real‑estate brokerage in Dubai, is looking for an experienced Conveyancer to manage the legal aspects of property transactions and ensure a smooth conveyancing process for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review legal documents such as sale and purchase agreements, tenancy contracts and other real‑estate related contracts.
• Conduct legal due diligence to identify potential risks and ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, agents and stakeholders to gather necessary documentation.
• Facilitate transfer of ownership, manage fund transfers and liaise with banks.
• Provide legal advice to clients on property transactions and stay updated on law changes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• UAE driving licence.
• Minimum 1 year experience as a Conveyancer or similar role in real‑estate.
• Strong knowledge of UAE real‑estate laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
• Arabic speaking is a strong advantage.
