Corporate Banking Relationship Manager – Dubai & Northern Emirates

About the role

Join the Corporate, Wealth & Investment Banking Group of ADCB as a Relationship Manager, focusing on corporate banking clients across Dubai and the Northern Emirates. You will be responsible for acquiring new clients, managing a portfolio of existing relationships, and delivering tailored banking solutions that drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Acquire new corporate clients, conduct financial analysis and submit accurate credit applications.
• Offer new banking solutions, enroll clients on alternate channels and value‑added services to increase transaction volumes.
• Build and maintain a 360‑degree client dossier to capture current and future needs.
• Conduct client visits to assess risk profiles and communicate any changes to approving authorities.
• Adhere to organisational policies, procedures and service standards in all customer interactions.
• Manage personal performance in line with the bank’s people management policies.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience managing relationships and a portfolio of corporate clients.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or Finance.
• Strong understanding of balance‑sheet analysis and key financial ratios.
