Corporate Legal Executive

About the role

The Corporate Legal Executive will report to the Chief Operating Officer and support legal, governance, compliance, and company secretarial functions across a diversified investment group. The role involves translating commercial discussions into robust legal agreements while collaborating with senior leaders in property development, real estate, commodities trading, investment management, and capital solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, NDAs, MOUs, joint venture, consultancy, employment, supplier and service agreements.
• Prepare board and shareholder resolutions, meeting minutes, and other governance documentation.
• Maintain statutory records, corporate registers and compliance calendars.
• Support company incorporations, restructurings, licensing and regulatory filings.
• Coordinate with government authorities, free zones, external counsel, auditors and corporate service providers.
• Manage legal documentation, contract registers, SharePoint records and document‑control processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent legal qualification (mandatory).
• 3–5+ years of experience in corporate legal, governance, compliance or company secretarial functions.
• Strong commercial contract drafting and documentation skills.
• Experience preparing corporate governance documents and board papers.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to work independently on confidential, commercially sensitive matters.
