Country Manager - IT Consulting

About the role

A multinational IT consulting and digital transformation solutions provider, serving government entities, telecom operators and enterprise clients across the Middle East, is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Country Manager to lead its presence in the assigned country. Reporting directly to the Group CEO, the role covers business growth, country operations, client and partner relationships, and the profitability of the business. The position suits a results-oriented leader with strong experience in IT consulting, digital transformation or enterprise technology services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the company's business operations within the assigned country.
• Develop and execute country-level business and sales strategies.
• Own the country's P&L, including revenue, profitability, budgets, expenses and cash position.
• Identify market opportunities, customer needs and growth areas.
• Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
• Ensure successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop and manage a high-performing local team and promote a performance-driven culture.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership on performance, risks and opportunities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in country management, general management, business leadership or sales leadership.
• Strong background in IT consulting, digital transformation, software solutions or enterprise technology services.
• Experience managing P&L, budgets, revenue targets and business performance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering or a related field; MBA is an advantage.
