Creative and Windows Manager

About the role

Hermès is seeking a Creative and Windows Manager to lead the design, production, and installation of store windows across the Middle East region. Reporting to the Head of Communication, you will shape the visual identity of Hermès retail spaces in the UAE, Qatar, Kuwait, and Bahrain.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of store windows for the Middle East market.
• Manage the Design & Production Executive responsible for regional window execution.
• Develop and mentor direct reports, fostering a culture of creativity and excellence.
• Monitor installation success, drive continuous improvement, and introduce innovative concepts.
• Build a network of local artists for collaborations on windows, events, and retail animations.
• Maintain the windows calendar, aligning it with the global communication plan.
• Challenge and optimise production proposals to ensure cost‑effectiveness and brand standards.
• Oversee the annual windows budget.
• Provide creative support for broader communication projects in the Middle East.
• Collaborate closely with the Event and Retail Animation Manager and external partners.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a creative design role (e.g., designer, space designer, 3D planner).
• Proven track record designing and executing luxury brand windows.
• Strong knowledge of regional market trends and local artistic talent.
• Excellent organisational, project‑management, and analytical skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
