Creative Videographer – Real Estate & Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a talented and creative Videographer with proven real estate experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for composition, lighting, storytelling, and property presentation, delivering high‑quality visual content that showcases our developments, properties, lifestyle, and brand.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high‑quality video content for real‑estate projects, properties, developments, and lifestyle campaigns.
• Create engaging short‑form videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, LinkedIn, and digital advertising.
• Film property walkthroughs, project launches, amenities, construction progress, events, interviews, and promotional campaigns.
• Produce cinematic property videos highlighting architecture, interiors, landscaping, amenities, and surrounding locations.
• Capture aerial/drone footage where required and permitted.
• Develop creative concepts, storyboards, scripts, and shot lists for property campaigns.
• Edit videos using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or equivalent, adding motion graphics, subtitles, sound effects, music, and branding.
• Adapt video content into various formats and aspect ratios for multiple digital platforms.

Required profile

• 2‑5+ years of professional videography experience, preferably in real‑estate, property development, architecture, hospitality, or luxury lifestyle.
• Proven portfolio demonstrating real‑estate/property videography.
• Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, lighting, gimbals, microphones, and other video equipment.
• Ability to work independently from concept through final delivery and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with the Dubai/UAE real‑estate market is a plus; UAE driving licence is an advantage.
