Creator Partnerships Manager – Crypto

About the role

Binance Square is building the premier social platform for Web3 and crypto content. As a Creator Partnerships Manager you will lead the recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing engagement of global crypto creators, acting as the bridge between creators and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and onboard high‑impact crypto creators worldwide.
• Develop and execute creator engagement and retention strategies.
• Serve as the primary liaison between creators and Binance Square’s internal teams.
• Manage a portfolio of creators, tracking growth, engagement, retention, and satisfaction metrics.
• Design community growth programs and creator‑focused marketing initiatives to boost brand awareness.
• Coordinate AMA sessions, interviews, and community‑driven events with creators.
• Monitor industry trends, emerging creators, and competitor activities.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in partnerships, affiliate management, or cross‑channel marketing, preferably within the crypto space.
• Demonstrated involvement or a strong network in the crypto creator community.
• Excellent interpersonal skills for building relationships with multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent English; additional languages such as Spanish, Vietnamese, or Ukrainian are a plus.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and shape strategies.
• Ambitious, goal‑oriented, self‑motivated and capable of working independently with remote global teams.
• Up‑to‑date knowledge of crypto marketing trends and best practices.
