CRM Assistant – European Speakers Preferred

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CRM Assistant to manage and optimise our CRM system for real‑estate operations in Dubai. The role focuses on maintaining data integrity, overseeing lead distribution and providing reporting support to the sales and management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the company’s CRM system, including user accounts, permissions and settings.
• Ensure accurate lead allocation and monitor lead distribution.
• Review, update and cleanse CRM records to maintain data quality.
• Generate daily, weekly and monthly sales and performance reports.
• Support sales and management teams with CRM‑related requests.
• Upload and manage property listings, projects and developer information.
• Coordinate with CRM providers to resolve issues and implement improvements.
• Train new employees on CRM usage and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company CRM processes and data‑management standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a CRM Administrator in a UAE real‑estate company (mandatory).
• Strong knowledge of CRM systems used in the Dubai real‑estate industry.
• Excellent organisational, analytical and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Fluent English communication; additional European languages are an advantage.
