Digital Copywriter

About the role

Bybit, a cryptocurrency exchange and digital financial platform founded in 2018, is looking for a Digital Copywriter (or Senior Digital Copywriter) to join its growing Copy and Translation team. You will turn complex product information and industry trends into clear, on-brand narratives that engage users and support the company's business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Create clear, user-friendly content for Help Center articles and knowledge base entries, turning complex product logic into actionable guidance.
• Craft original campaign messaging that reflects brand values and supports marketing objectives.
• Write persuasive copy across websites, system communications, email campaigns and UX/UI, following the editorial style guide and UI component guidelines.
• Edit and enhance existing content to keep it consistent with marketing strategy, tone and positioning.
• Work with Product Managers and Project Managers to deliver concise messaging for everyday users and experienced traders.
• Collaborate with UX designers, marketers and subject matter experts so content is visually cohesive and on brand.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in copywriting, journalism, UX writing or similar content roles; a Bachelor's degree in Creative Writing, Journalism, Advertising, Marketing, English or a related field.
• Chinese language proficiency, including reading Chinese PRDs and communicating with Chinese-speaking stakeholders.
• Experience in cryptocurrency, fintech or traditional finance is preferred.
• Ability to integrate AI workflows into daily work and, if possible, use GenAI tools.
• 2+ years of agency experience or equivalent creative industry experience is a plus.

Required skills

• Strong technical writing skills, especially for Help Center and knowledge base articles.
• Ability to interpret PRDs and write user-facing content across web, system communications, email and UX/UI.
• Independent work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, and strong project and stakeholder management.
