Director of Marketing, PR and Communications

About the role

Hilton is looking for a Director of Marketing, PR and Communications for its hotels in Abu Dhabi. The role drives revenue growth across all hotel segments while delivering memorable guest experiences that reflect the warmth of hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Shape and execute integrated marketing, public relations, communications, brand and digital strategies aligned with the hotel's commercial objectives and long-term vision.
• Support revenue generation and business performance through marketing campaigns, strategic partnerships, media exposure and promotional initiatives.
• Lead marketing planning and performance reviews, contributing to annual marketing plans through analysis of market trends, guest insights and brand performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Revenue Management and Operations to align marketing with pricing, distribution and sales strategies.
• Build relationships with media, influencers, tourism authorities, corporate partners and community stakeholders.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, digital analytics and consumer behaviour to inform marketing decisions.
• Recruit, coach and develop marketing and communications talent through performance management, professional development and recognition.
• Oversee public relations, crisis communication, brand messaging and online reputation management.
