CRO Content Manager, AI‑First

About the role

Lead the brand voice and conversion content engine for a $1B+ e‑commerce brand, building AI‑driven workflows that accelerate content production while maintaining editorial quality.

Key responsibilities

• Own brand narrative, PDP and landing‑page copy, and AI content workflows, reporting to the VP – Digital Experience & Conversion.
• Develop a repeatable content system that turns insights into persuasive buying arguments and supports CRO testing cycles.
• Build and operate AI workflows for research, strategy, copy creation, quality checks, and experiment learning.
• Collaborate with CRO, design and copywriters to create hypotheses, run A/B tests and apply findings to future content.

Required profile

• 6+ years progressive content strategy and marketing experience, including at least 2 years managing content teams.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical product features and customer concerns into clear, persuasive copy.
• Strong analytical mindset with deep expertise in CRO, A/B testing and web analytics.
• Flawless written and verbal English and willingness to work extended hours when needed.
