Customer Reception Host – Front‑Desk Receptionist

About the role
The Customer Reception Host is the first point of contact for visitors at Al Futtaim Motors, Lexus DIP. You will welcome guests, guide them to the right department and ensure a smooth, pleasant experience throughout their visit.
Key responsibilities
- Greet every customer warmly on entry and exit, aiming for a 100% performance score.
- Identify the purpose of each visit and direct guests to the appropriate department or Service Advisor.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule and reschedule appointments in coordination with the Customer Engagement Contact Centre.
- Raise and promptly escalate customer complaints to the Reception Manager.
- Oversee health‑and‑safety matters, handle the complaint cycle, follow up on no‑shows, and manage electronic Vehicle Health Checks (eVHC).
Required profile
- High School Diploma.
- 2‑3 years of experience in customer service or front‑desk roles.
- Strong organizational, planning and multitasking abilities.
