About the role
Fincure is seeking a Customer Relations Manager to join its Dubai office. You will be the primary point of contact for our SME clients, ensuring their experience with our financing solutions is smooth and satisfying.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and nurture client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
- Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams.
- Identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and support onboarding processes.
- Contribute to strategies that enhance client engagement with Fincure’s BNPL and invoice‑discounting products.
Required profile
- Proven experience in customer service, relationship management, or client success.
- Strong communication, problem‑solving, and organizational abilities.
- Analytical mindset for assessing customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Familiarity with financing solutions such as BNPL or invoice discounting is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM tools.
- Data‑driven approaches to improve customer engagement.
