Customer Service Representative - Valet Parking

About the role

A professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative is sought to join the valet parking operations in Dubai. The role supports guests, coordinates valet parking services, answers customer inquiries and helps ensure a smooth, positive experience.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests and give professional assistance with valet parking services.
• Coordinate vehicle drop-off and retrieval efficiently and accurately.
• Respond to guest inquiries and give information on valet services and available facilities.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records, tickets and related information.
• Work closely with valet parking staff to ensure prompt, seamless service.
• Handle customer requests and concerns professionally and courteously, escalating complex issues to the supervisor when needed.
• Follow company procedures and support the team in keeping the service environment organised, safe and customer-friendly.

Required profile

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, front office, valet parking or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.
• Positive, service-oriented attitude and professional approach to customer interactions.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

What we offer

• Salary of AED 3,500 per month.
• Additional allowance of AED 500 for accommodation and transportation.
• Working hours of 9 hours per day, 6 days per week.
• Visa, medical insurance and uniform provided.
