Customer Success Manager – GenAI & SaaS

About the role

Join BytePlus, the enterprise technology arm of ByteDance, as a Customer Success Manager focused on Generative AI and SaaS solutions. You will work with leading enterprise accounts to ensure the successful adoption and expansion of our cloud‑based AI products.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key enterprise accounts, building long‑term relationships and aligning BytePlus solutions with business objectives.
• Provide expert guidance during the post‑sales phase, understanding client scenarios and sharing best practices.
• Own and lead cloud migration, deployment and expansion projects, coordinating with customers to ensure on‑time delivery.
• Act as the lead liaison for technical issues and escalations, proactively identifying solutions and maintaining high satisfaction.
• Contribute to thought leadership by creating technical documentation, industry articles and internal best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher with at least 3 years in technical customer‑facing roles such as Technical Account Manager, Cloud Solution Architect, CSM or Technical Project Manager.
• Strong collaborative mindset, able to set clear goals, drive delivery and foster team morale.
• Experience working with digital‑native businesses, ISVs or systems integrators in e‑commerce, media, gaming or education is a plus.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale migration and deployment projects in enterprise software or cloud environments.

Required skills

• Deep expertise with major cloud providers – AWS, Azure and GCP.
• Hands‑on experience in cloud migration and AI/ML product suites.
• Understanding of Generative AI and SaaS deployment models.
