Delivery Bike Rider – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for reliable delivery bike riders to join our fast‑growing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for delivering packages and food orders to customers, verifying recipient identities, updating delivery status in the app and handling cash or electronic payments where required.

Key responsibilities

• Pick up orders from restaurants, warehouses or stores and deliver them promptly to customers.
• Follow assigned routes using GPS or navigation apps.
• Handle orders safely, verify delivery details and collect payments when needed.
• Maintain the cleanliness and basic mechanical condition of the motorcycle.
• Observe UAE traffic regulations and company safety procedures at all times.
• Coordinate with dispatchers, restaurants or warehouse staff and report any delays, accidents or issues immediately.
• Present a professional appearance and courteous behavior during all interactions.

Required profile

• Valid UAE motorcycle driving licence.
• Minimum age of 21 years.
• Basic English communication skills and good customer service attitude.
• Hard‑working, reliable and professional demeanor.
