About the role

Clear Recruitment is seeking a Delivery Consultant to join its fast‑growing Dubai team. In this role you will focus on sourcing and placing top talent for data‑center projects, working with senior consultants and directors across our global client base.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a recruitment‑focused agenda, generating CVs for senior consultants and the director team.
• Source candidates through job boards, internal databases and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate with clients worldwide to understand hiring needs.
• Create compelling job ads and market roles across multiple platforms.
• Manage a hot permanent recruitment desk, specialising in a niche market segment.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen and a growth‑mindset.
• Self‑motivated, ambitious and eager to become a specialist recruiter.
• Ability to thrive in a high‑performing, results‑driven culture.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and major job‑board sourcing tools.
