About the role

Clear Recruitment is seeking an ambitious Delivery Consultant to join its fast‑growing Data Center talent team in Dubai. You will work alongside senior consultants and directors, helping to source and place top talent for niche verticals across global markets.

Key responsibilities

• Drive a high‑volume recruitment pipeline, generating CVs for senior consultants and the director team.
• Source candidates through job boards, internal databases, LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Collaborate with clients worldwide to understand hiring needs and deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
• Create compelling job advertisements and market roles across multiple platforms.
• Manage a hot permanent recruitment desk, focusing on a specialized niche within the data‑center sector.
