Delivery Lead - Digital Products Wealth

About the role

The Delivery Lead co-owns and facilitates the delivery of the Wealth Tribe's initiatives together with Tribe leads and Product Owners, fostering collaboration, continuous learning and an engineering culture among squads. The role applies domain knowledge to guide project teams and make informed decisions, aiming for high platform stability and compliance with non-functional requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Work with Tribe leads to define strategic initiatives and align delivery with business objectives, and with senior leadership on long-term delivery strategy
• Manage product dependencies of Digital Product epics and features, placing them on IT team backlogs with priority and delivery commitments, and tracking them to mitigate risks
• Oversee delivery using Agile methodologies and drive Agile maturity, retrospectives and lessons learned
• Act as primary escalation point for stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams including developers, testers and business analysts
• Track OKRs and KPIs and report to the Head of Digital Products
• Ensure digital products meet quality, security and regulatory standards, and support technology and business tribe heads in tracking product funding and budget usage
• Run product portfolio reviews with Tribe leads, business owners and IT leadership, and update the PMO
• Manage resource capacity, help raise resource demands and assist in hiring and squad setup
• Evaluate and onboard vendors and partners, and own end-to-end release management by coordinating dependent platforms and teams
• Guide other delivery leads, manage OPEX and AMCs, and oversee technical health, resilience and production issue resolution within SLAs

Required profile

• Graduate degree in Engineering or Computer Science
• 10+ years of overall experience
• 5+ years in banking/financial domain, 3+ years in wealth domain, 3+ years in release management
• Industry expertise in banking IT (minimum 3 years)
• Leadership and agile management experience

• Traditional project management methods (PRINCE2/PMP)
• Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)
• AWS or Azure SA certification
• Functional ownership and implementation of customer-facing channels
